Shipping and Delivery Policy
First 5 Minutes Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") Last updated: 15/09/2026
This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how products purchased through this website (the "Platform") are delivered. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Legal Notice.
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Policy (e.g., "Client", "User", "you") have the meaning given to them in our Terms and Conditions.
1. No Physical Shipping
1.1 First 5 Minutes Pty Ltd (ABN 65 010 596 013) sells digital products only via our online platform. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods.
1.2 As no physical items are dispatched, there are no shipping costs, freight charges, courier services, or delivery addresses involved in any purchase made through the Platform.
1.3 References elsewhere to "delivery" or "access" relate solely to the electronic provision of digital course content, and should not be interpreted as physical delivery.
2. How Digital Access Is Delivered
2.1 Upon successful payment, access to the purchased course will be provided electronically via emailed access link.
2.2 Access is typically granted immediately upon payment confirmation. In the rare event of a processing delay, access will generally be provided within 24 business hours of payment being confirmed.
2.3 Digital access is delivered to the email address and/or account details provided by the Client/User at the time of purchase.
3. Client/User Responsibility
3.1 It is the responsibility of the Client/User to provide a correct and active email address and accurate account details at the time of purchase, as this information is used to grant digital access.
3.2 We are not responsible for delayed or failed access resulting from incorrect email addresses, account details, or recipient information provided by the purchaser, as further detailed in our Terms and Conditions.
3.3 If you have not received access within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at spot@first5minutes.com.au.
4. Access Issues and Technical Faults
4.1 If access is not provided due to a technical fault, processing error, or issue on our part, we will remedy this promptly by granting or re-issuing access at no additional cost.
4.2 This clause operates alongside, and does not limit, any consumer guarantee available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including guarantees relating to acceptable quality and provision of services with due care and skill.
5. No International Shipping Restrictions
5.1 As all products are digital, there are no geographic shipping restrictions or customs considerations. However, access to the Platform and course content may still be subject to internet availability and any restrictions imposed by your local jurisdiction, which remain your responsibility to check.
5.2 Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST where applicable, and are in accordance with the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth), regardless of the purchaser's location.
6. One-Off Access — No Recurring or Subscription Purchases
6.1 Unless otherwise stated on the relevant course page at the time of purchase, access to a course is provided for until all purchased accesses are utilised and/or completed.
6.2 It is the responsibility of the Client/User to complete the course within the access period provided, where applicable.
6.3 All purchases made through the Platform via our online purchase process (i.e., completed by the Client/User directly through the Platform's checkout) are one-off, non-recurring transactions. We do not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, or automatically renewing access of any kind through this online purchase process.
6.4 Where a Client/User wishes to obtain access to a course again after their access period has expired, or wishes to purchase access to a new or additional course, a new, separate one-off purchase must be completed through the Platform's online purchase process. No purchase made through that process automatically renews, extends, or grants access to future or additional courses.
